Sample report for Pre-Shipment Inspection Container or Pre Loading Survey Container as follows;
Lifting Appliances
First Day Loading on January 14, 2013 and second day on January 15, 2013, located At the PT. Citra Tubindo open yard area, the cargo was loading by Shore Crane Quy50 XCMG with capacity about 50 Ton SWL.
Sufficient sling belt capacity 10 tons each, Master Ring, Hook and shackle were provided for loading activity.
Third Day Loading At the PT. Citra Tubindo open yard area on January 16, 2013, the cargo was loading by Loader “Liu Gong” SWL 5 Tons for taken from stack area then transfer to Forklift “Toyota” SWL 13.5 Tons for lifting into container.
Sufficient spreader bar, sling belt and shackle were provided for loading activity.
Prior to loading cargo on the container deck was applied with wooden dunnages 6.5” x 6.5” until the surface being in flat prior receiving cargo as avoid steel cargo contact with the container’s structure , Cargoes were stowed in lengthwise position, than to ensure that the stowage was kept tightened in position.
