As a part of its 2020 strategy, Kuwait Oil Company is expected to face significant employment challenges in its heavy oil and gas business due to the competitiveness within the global recruitment markets. It has also recently moved from a cost centre business process to a profit centre business concept and since its most important asset is its people the company will need to ensure that systems and processes are embedded in its organization that engage them more fully with the company's business and be seen as adding value in all that thet achieve.

Now, the company invites qualified candidates for the following vacant positions:

MARINE PILOT

[*]Valid Masters Foreign Going Certificate.

[*]Age not more than 45 years old.

[*]At least 6 years of Pilotage experience preferably includes one year or more as an SPM Pilot/Mooring Master.

[*]2 years Tanker experience in a leading position is a privilege.

TUG MASTER

[*]Valid 2nd Mate Certificate issued at an approved International Maritime Academy.

[*]Age not exceeds 40 years old.

[*]At least 6 years of marine related experience as Deck Officer.

[*]Preferably to include Tug Master Experience.

[*]Fluency in English Language (read & write).

[*]Holder of Masters & 1st Mate certificate might be accepted.
