Requirements:

• Male/Female, age of Max. 30 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any major study from reputable University In Indonesia
• Fresh Graduates with min. GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply
• Preferably of having 2-3 years of experiences in the same position
• Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office Application.
• Good networking in various industries with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of L/C will be a plus
• English Fluency is a must (spoken & written)
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be a self – starter with a take-charge attitude and good follow – up skills.
• Must  Be able to handle multiple tasks at a time.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing all paperworks related to activities of Export & Import of goods
• Capable of handling process at customs office related to KITE facility
• Strong analytical skill on cost efficiency
• Maintain Export/Import databases for all international shipments.
• Generate and maintain international activity reports
• Work with internal departments to coordinate international shipments.
• Serve as backup to departments Export/Import & Security Administrator.
• Additional duties assigned by department manager, as required by business needs.
• Coordinate Export shipment schedules with freight forwarders
