Sea service Work Boat experience. (4 point mooring)

CHIEF ENGINEER
Engineer Officer Class 1 (unlimited) (2 years service in rank or promotion)
Sea service Work Boat experience. (4 point mooring)

2ND ENGINEER
Engineer Officer Class 1/2 (3000KW or more unlimited/NVC) (2 years service
in rank or promotion)
Sea service Work Boat experience. (4 point mooring)

CoC Endorsement
Seaman Discharge Book (Pages showing personal particulars & last 4 years sea
service)
International passport (Personal particulars page showing expiry date)
GMDSS Operator Certificate (For deck officer)
