A leading marine contractor specialising in geophysical, hydrographic, environmental, oceanographic and geotechnical surveys, is looking to employ an experienced Vessel Superintendent with a proven track record demonstrating commercial awareness and judgement in ship management in the international arena. The position calls for a dynamic individual with team spirit and a determination to get the job done. Confidence and the ability to communicate appropriately working with those involved on our projects are key attributes required for the role.
Ideally you should possess a Class 1 Certificate of Competency, ‘Engineering or Deck’ or 
an equivalent qualification and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of vessel operational requirements including (but not limited to), ISM, Classification Society Regulations and Flag State requirements, SOLAS and MARPOL.

The position is based at Head Office in the UK but extensive international travel will be inherent to the role.
