We are looking candidates GP Hotel Maintenance for on of cruise line for an immediate opening
Please find below the job description and requirements needed
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in all carpentry jobs, including painting, DE-grouting, uninstalling carpet, moving furniture etc Willingness to be trained and improve skills in all areas of work to be eligible for promotion Familiar with all safety and technical equipment used by the Deck department
Responsible for cleanliness of working areaParticipate in fire fighting, first aid, personal survival, and promotes health, safety and anti pollution programsTake part in standby on the mooring deck for anchoring duties
Familiar with and complies with the ship's SMS, including the safety and environmental policy Promote the ship's waste management and environmental programs
Required Qualification:
Previous carpentry experience preferred
Keen interest in working on deck
Proven knowledge in the use of power tools
Able to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Flexible in day to day activities
Passed the interview and Marlin test with minimum score 70%Has a valid US visa preferred
Salary will be around: $ 210.40 US/ Week and Overtime $5.20/ Hour Average contract lengths: 8 Months
